We offer Free Shipping in the US via USPS priority mail or UPS ground service. International shipping is Free via USPS air mail service.
Because of the remote location of the Zuni Pueblo it is impossible to offer next day shipping service of any kind. Most USPS priority packages shipped from Zuni arrive within three days anywhere in the US & UPS ground service arrives in three to five days. For a flat $20 fee we can ship USPS Express mail in the United States which will arrive in two days or for $42 we offer USPS global Express mail for international shipments(Shipping time varies by country but global priority is much faster than air mail).
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with anything you purchase from Turquoise Village, just return the item within 10 days(you are repsonsible for return shipping costs). Upon receipt of your merchandise we will exchange it or gladly refund your money, no questions asked. We want you to be completely happy & satisfied!
